While for the staff who are quite a few, use ergonomic mesh chairs since they sit in the office for long hours. Hence, the manufacturers tend to do mass production of affordable mesh chairs to be easily available in the market.

7. Maintenance

As explained earlier, mesh chairs are made of fabric lightweight material which is very easy to move from one place to another. You can clean your mesh fabric chair using a vacuum to remove dust and crumbs. Stains can also be cleaned by gently rubbing a damp cloth with soap and water, rubbing it too hard can destroy the material though. While leather chairs are heavier to move, they can be cleaned by vacuum with a soft brush and a bit of warm water in cloth for removing the stains. Also, leather can fade when it is exposed to sunlight for a long time. You may use leather wax to maintain their color and glossiness.
